Lauper offers various solutions for feeding parts to the packaging machine. Our packaging systems are individually developed in close contact with our customers. The engineering of the entire packaging line is done 100% in-house. The leading Packaging machine LVX reliably packs the products in plastic bags.
Count control table - LT100
Bowl feeder systems - LW100
Matching our packaging machines, we offer you the ideal complete solution for your specific application. Our LW100 bowl feeder systems are used for a wide range of applications and can also be supplemented with other components, e.g. a sorting table or a count control table.
We realize for you from a 1-pot system up to a 10-pot system with different components and variants - everything built in our facility in Domat/Ems. Our plants are equipped with their own control system and with our LinuxWendel set-up software you have full control over your products.

Counting and weighing systems - LZ100
Our LZ100 count control systems are particularly suitable for filling large quantities. The number of components is determined by the Lauper LQ100 control unit using a comparative weight, pre-portioned and fed to the packaging machine. With the appropriate feeding systems, such as bunkers, and corresponding discharge conveyors, systems can be realized that are tailored to your needs.
