Vertical Packaging Machine - LVX
The Vertical Packaging Machine LVX is our new generation of vertical packaging machines. It is based on the proven LV series and offers user-friendly and modern operation with a touch display.
Different sizes of packaging machines allow the realization of bag widths from 30mm to 330mm. There are (almost) no limits to the bag length. With various options, bag chains, perforations, Euro hole punching and much more can be implemented.

LVX – Touch user interface GUI
Intuitive operating with the easy-use touch display.
LVX – Air reduction pad
Before the bag will be sealed, the air in the bag will be pressed out with a pneumatic air reduction pad.
LVX – Light curtain upon filling tube
Light sensor to count parts (also appropriate for small parts)
LVX - Flap in filling tube
The pneumatic flap in filling tube closes the filling tube above the cross unit, that parts can be counted while the bag will be sealed.
LVX – Euro hole punch
Bag with euro hole punch for product presentation in a shelf.
LVX – Labler
Labeling upon the filling tube; support frame is individual customized.
LVX – Filling tube coating
Filling tube coating to protect the parts and the filling tube. Light barrier inside filling tube to parts detection and start of packaging cycle.
